The decor is outdated and tired looking!!! The room lacked adequate storage space with only coat hooks available!!! The misleading breakfast presentation needs to be thoroughly reassessed!!!

The stay offered a charming location with a delightful breakfast each morning. However, service was lacking, as check-in felt disorganized, and we faced additional charges for breakfast. While the room was clean and comfortable, it could use some maintenance. Overall, it was a mixed experience in a great area.

The location was ideal. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the El Castillo Family Suite on the first floor, which made my stay comfortable. The room offered a charming city view that added to the experience.

Just a decent option for a day tour in St Augustine with decent value for money. The rooms were clean, cute, and easy to sleep in! Try to arrive early for better parking.
